SMS Opt-In for A2P 10DLC Compliance Review

This page documents the active SMS opt-in language and flow used by Sable for A2P 10DLC review. The linked public example uses the same production consent component and canonical copy shown on live salon booking forms. Both SMS checkboxes are optional and unchecked by default.

See the production consent experience

This public interactive example uses the same booking component, unchecked consent controls, and canonical copy shown on live salon booking forms. It does not create an appointment; actual consent is recorded only when a client submits a live salon’s booking form.

Account verification — outside this A2P campaign

Stylists and salon owners creating a Sable account enter their mobile number at the signup step at app.sable.salon/onboarding. The disclosure below appears directly at the phone field. Login verification codes are sent on demand through Twilio Verify. They are not an opt-in path or message type in this A2P campaign for salon-client texts.

We'll send a one-time verification code to this phone number so you can create and secure your Sable account. Verification codes are separate from client appointment and marketing texts.

By continuing you also agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Only A2P opt-in path — Public booking (salon clients)

On every stylist’s public booking page (see the public example linked above), clients enter their mobile number and see the two optional, unchecked SMS checkboxes later in the same booking-details step, after the contact and notes fields. Appointment/customer-care texts and marketing texts are separate opt-ins. Consent to messaging is never required to complete a booking.

Appointment texts (optional)

Marketing texts (optional)

See our Terms and Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

The controls above are intentionally unchecked by default. The same production component and copy are interactive on the public example linked at the top.

Reference documents

  • Terms of Service — Section 4 (SMS Communications) discloses program name, message categories, frequency, STOP/HELP, and support contact.
  • Privacy Policy — Section 3 (SMS / Text Messages) covers consent, opt-out, and the no-third-party-marketing statement for mobile numbers.
  • Support contact: support@sable.salon

Notes for reviewers

  • Reviewers can inspect the exact production consent controls at https://app.sable.salon/book/demo . This is a public interactive example; actual appointments and consent records are created only through a live salon’s booking page.
  • A2P campaign consent is never a condition of completing a booking. Appointment/customer-care SMS and marketing SMS are separate, optional, unchecked opt-ins.
  • The exact strings shown here are sourced from packages/shared/src/sms-consent-copy.ts — the same file imported by the live signup and booking pages, so this page cannot drift from production.
